I had a great experience at Pizzium! Delicious regional pizza and fantastic service. I don’t remember being so kindly served in Florence doing my two-month stay as I was treated here. The pizza crust is very thin and really tasty. The location adds to the experience - we ate outside and it was peaceful.
Absolutely fantastic pizza at Pizzium - Firenze! A regional pizza Campania topped with zucchini fritte was delicious. The service from Carlo was also amazing! Highly recommend!
Great pizza spot! They have a huge menu of regionally inspired pizzas. I tried one from the pictures I saw here; unfortunately, I cannot remember the name! Be adventurous, share, or visit again so you can try something new. We came here after the Uffizi and seeing the long lines at Gustapizza. While we didn't try the latter, the pizzas here looked just as good, and we were seated and served promptly.
The food was absolutely perfect, quick (just 2 minutes for a pizza!!), and affordable for the city centre. Morelli Beer on tap. And also the best canolli I have had in years (and believe me, I had a lot of them).
Pizzium is one of the best-rated pizzerias in Florence, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Making a booking is essential as they operate on dinner slots and are quite popular. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The pizzas were fantastic—well-prepared, flavorful, and authentic. Prices were reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality. Highly recommended for a delicious and satisfying pizza experience in Florence!
Our tour guide recommended this place as his favorite pizza restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, everyone loved their food and the atmosphere was cozy and family friendly. I would definitely return.
Carlo was amazing. Total local area restaurant. Pizza variations were regional and spectacular. We had the frattatina classica and alla Nerano to start and they were unbelievable.Piemonte and puglia pizzas both excellent
One of the best Firenze pizzeria, good quality very good price and always ready to bring some recommandation. Don’t hésitante, we goes every 2 days in this pizzeria. Not close to the turistic moves ! Go ahead! Family of 5 pax, everytime well received
